NYC’s First Dog-Friendly Cafe, Boris & Horton, To Reopen By A Former Customer

The saga continues with Boris & Horton after the NYC dog-friendly cafe announced its closure last February before the community fundraised $250,000 to save the it. Despite the fundraising, the Boris & Horton Williamsburg location closed last spring, followed by the East Village location at the end of last year.
